Roof photovoltaic power generation system, Gerflor implements Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality strategy

The concept of Low-carbon and Green is now deeply rooted among people. Gerflor actively implements the "Carbon Peaking & Carbon neutrality" strategy. 

Our Changshu factory in China has adopted the grid-connected roof photovoltaic power generation system to promote energy saving and environmental protection.

Green development

To achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, Changshu factory actively responds to national policies, installing photovoltaic panels on the roof of the factory after getting the support of Changshu Municipal Government and integrating photovoltaic power generation projects into enterprise development to promote energy saving and carbon dioxide emission reduction.

Closely arranged photovoltaic panels covering the roof convert solar energy into electric energy and output direct current power into storage batteries, which aims to save power resources. It does good to lower sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide emission and reduce environmental pollution.
